When she is not traveling abroad discovering new destinations, you will find her cooking amazing dishes with her husband. Her favorite dish is Ahi Tuna with a Stuffed Mushroom Coulis Sauce.

Eric Galassi is a veteran of the US Navy. His background also includes being a former biologist, a mortgage loan officer, and a high school teacher. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, he moved to Texas after separating from the Navy. For his undergraduate degree, he attended the University of California, San Diego, and received his master’s degree from San Francisco State University. His hobbies include archery, baking, and programming websites in his spare time.

If Eric could eat one food for the rest of his life, it would be pizza.

Michael Guillen is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with a major in Government, a McCombs Business Foundations Certificate and a minor in Spanish, and now attends the UT Austin Coding Bootcamp. See his most recent work at his portfolio page.

Michael is also passionate about basketball and music, and spends his free time diving into both of those subjects. In his future, he hopes to develop applications that help day to day life, and promote the advancement of arts and sport. If he could eat any type of cuisine for the rest of his life, it would be Mexican.

In his free time he enjoys cooking and eating new foods, spending time outside and playing sports including tennis and basketball, and expressing his creativity whether through music or dance. If John could eat one food for the rest of his life, it would be pork belly cooked with kimchi with rice.

Mandie Kramer is currently a student attending the UT Austin Coding Boot Camp. The long-time dream of bringing her app ideas to life is finally coming true! (And she promises to no longer abuse Excel ... much.)
